Scheduling System Error Messages
The scheduling system we use at Motiv is 3rd party software that we subscribe to (SaaS). It works wonderfully and is much better than we could ever develop ourselves (nor would we want to). However, occasionally we run into issues that we just cannot fix — we have to use a “work-around.”
This page will document some of these issues.
Prompted for Payment when Scheduling Sessions?
When you click “Make a Single Reservation” on the confrimation screen you get this:
You don’t need to buy anything. This is one of those system bugs we can’t fix.
What to do:
1) Go Back (use your browser’s back button) and start over. Select the session you wish to reserve and click the “Sign Up Now!” Button. On the confirmation screen, click the other button that says “Click here to register as unpaid,” seen here:
That’s it. You’re done.
Who encounters this problem: Anyone with a standing/recurring appointment or who is running low on sessions.
