Personal Training (2 to 5 clients per session)

Our Personal Training sessions are the best and fastest way to get results. Workout under the constant guidance of our fitness coaches every session.  Your training program is always scaled your ability and fitness level.

We recommend working out at least 8 times per month (more is better!) to get the best results.  Our unlimited packages are our most popular.

Sometimes travel for work or kids or other commitments get in the way of working out consistently at one place at least a couple times per week. For you, we have a package that limits you to 5 sessions per month:

3 Months – 5 Sessions per month $59 $229/month
12 Months – 5 Sessions per month $59 $189/month

With our 5 sessions per month package, we’ll even provide you a workout you can perform on your own so you can still get the results you want.

All Personal Training packages also include unlimited Group Athletic Conditioning sessions too, so you could workout up to 6 days a week at Motiv. No need for another gym membership.  See our schedule of Personal Training sessions here.

Group Athletic Conditioning: A Better “Boot Camp” (up to 15 clients per session)

Do you prefer to workout in a larger group? Experience the benefits of our our Personal Training, but in a class-type format with up to 15 clients per session.

These sessions are not your ordinary “Group Exercise” classes. These are high intensity, fat-burning,

metabolic-focused 45 minute sessions.  Compare these to any “Boot Camp” and see what you’ve been missing.

The Athletic Conditioning membership is only recommended if you do not have any special circumstances such as injuries or limitations which require you have a specific program designed for you.

Suspension Training
We realize you have choices when it comes to joining a fitness facility, and for many, this can be a difficult decision.  That is why everyone is given the opportunity to try both our Personal Training and Group Training at no risk for 30 days for only $79.  We feel we have the best fitness facility and services in the area, but talk is cheap.  We want you to meet our staff, meet with other members and give us a chance to earn your business.

At the end of the trial membership, if we are not the club for you, simply walk away and you will be under no further obligation.  Many people who come through our doors have already made up their minds on joining the club through referral or by our reputation in the community, but for those who haven’t yet decided, trying before you buy is the best way to get started.

Online Personal Training

The next best thing to actually training in person at Motiv is to train online with a Motiv Personal Coach. Everything we do at Motiv is geared towards making each person perform at higher levels, stronger, faster, leaner and healthier. We train you to know how to workout anywhere, indoors, outdoors, on the road, at home…it makes no difference. Training online with a Motiv Personal Coach will not only teach you how to workout in a safe and healthy manner, but will progress you through levels of fitness you never thought imaginable.
