What Oil to Use?

Since there about a million cooking oils available to you at the grocery store, which one should you use? Which one shouldn’t you use? Which ones are have good fats and which ones have the bad fats?![]()
Or, if you’ve been wondering if Lard is really that bad for you (there are worse ones in your cabinets). Is olive oil really as great as they say (go see the chart).

Note: Soybean oil = vegetable oil.
