Athletic Conditioning Schedule

All the benefits of our our Personal Training, but in a class-type format with up to 15 clients per session. Athletic Conditioning sessions are not your ordinary “Group Exercise” classes. These are high intensity, fat-burning, metabolic-focused 45 minute sessions.  Compare these to any “Boot Camp” or “P90X” workout and see what you’ve been missing.

We offer our high-intensity, fat-burning Athletic Conditioning sessions at both our studios. You are free to attend sessions at either studio:
