Ready to get started? You have a number of options. We welcome you to try out Motiv before you decide what membership is best for you.

Option 1: Test Drive Workout

In a free, no obligation, test-drive workout we meet with you one-on-one for about an hour. We’ll spend about 5-10 minutes discussing your goals, health and nutrition (yes, nutrition really matters). Then we’ll go perform a workout for about 35-45 minutes. The goal of this workout is for you to experience how we train at Motiv. After the workout, we’ll sit down for a couple minutes to see how you like it and to ask you if you’d like to join.

We’ll keep it simple; no high pressure sales pitch. You’ll even have the option to sign up for the 30 day trial membership if you’re not sure yet.

This is the most popular option to start for clients who sign up for a Personal Training Membership.

Option 2: Sign up for a 30 Day Risk Free Trial Membership online

Since we are confident you’ll like Motiv, we offer a trial membership so you try Motiv for a few weeks before you join. Don’t need to do the test-drive? Click to sign up: 30 Day Unlimited Trial Membership

The 30 Day Trial Membership is $79 and includes BOTH unlimited Personal Training sessions and unlimited MotivGroup sessions.  Once you purchase, you’ll be able to schedule all your sessions for the 30 days online.

After you click the link above and sign up, we’ll email you more information, including our online health survey that we ask you complete before your first session.

Option 3: Motiv Workout Foundations Class

This FREE class is designed to introduce you to how we train at Motiv. We offer it on alternating Saturday mornings.

Since this is an introductory class, all skill levels are invited to attend, but this class is perfect for those who haven’t worked out in a while (or even a long time!) or those want to do some hands-on learning about the basic movements that make up our workouts.

In this class, we’ll:
- Discuss reaching your health and fitness goals (and the important role nutrition plays)
- Learn the Motiv workout warm-up (hands-on)
- Learn the basic functional movements, such as the squat, lunge, press, pull and even deadlift (hands-on)
- Try (hands-on) ~15 minutes of a personal training workout, geared to your conditioning level - Try (hands-on) ~5 minutes of our MotivGroup Training Style, geared to your level of conditioning.

Don’t be nervous about trying this class out. We want you to feel at home at Motiv.
