OK, OK, OK. I admit it it.
This is the fastest way to six-pack abs. Much easier than what we do, too.
Have a great Thanksgiving everyone.

We’re opening the new studio just in time — right after the Thanksgiving weekend. Stop in and say hello.
If you want to try us out, you have a new option in addition to setting up a free trial session here: Try a FastStart Session.
In a free FastStart Session, you’ll join up to 3 others in performing a typical 45-minute Motiv workout (yeah, we’ll have to figure out your weights and reps as we go along). If you like it, we’ll give you an opportunity to join us afterward. This is great way to try us out with a friend.
Our first FastStart will be Tuesday December 1st at 6:30pm at 3355 N Clark Studio. A reservation is required; please email me at results@motivpersonaltraining.com to reserve your spot.

One of the barriers to losing weight is time. (read: excuses)![]()
Not having enough time to workout.
Not having enough time to eat better.
Not having enough time to track calories.
If not enough time is the problem, how about managing your time better so you do have enough to get what you want done? Yes, like all things involving weight loss, it involves more change.
In this article in the Wall Street Journal, Sue Shellenbarger discuss some popular time management techniques. Shellenbarger writes:
FranklinCovey’s “Focus” method, subtitled, “Achieving Your Highest Priorities,” aims to cut down on time spent on trivia and busywork, in favor of what is truly important and valuable. This method uses a pretest to show users how much time they are wasting; I found I spend fully one-third of my time on stuff that doesn’t matter, like checking e-mail several times an hour.
Are you wasting your time? Make the change to get the body you want.
