Great job everyone. So far, our Biggest Loser Contest participants in total have lost 38 pounds in 1 month!  Keep up your hard work!

Turn in your food logs

Don’t forget to turn in your food logs or let us know if you completed the interval training this week. Just bring them to your next session. You must turn in the food logs to earn the bonus points.

It’s not too late to still earn the bonus points. If you couldn’t keep a food log a couple weeks ago, do it this week – we’ll still give you the points. If you are working hard, but just not losing weight, we highly recommend doing the food log.

No Bonus Points this Week

Losing weight takes time. There are no short cuts. So continue on with your hard work and watch your nutrition. Therefore, this week will be a “break” from bonus points.

Any other tips? I really want to win…

Every week we’ll provide an insider tip for you. Week 3is below:

  1. Remove all cow dairy from your diet. Just watch what happens. You’ll probably feel better overall too. (Make sure you’re getting enough Calcium)
  2. Don’t waste your cardio effort outside of the studio. Interval Training is the best way to burn fat. Ask us for the take home Interval Training workouts.
  3. Change up your workout routine. Always workout in the evenings? Try working out in the mornings. Or vice versa. You may find changing your routine could jump start your intensity and make you feel better or less hungry all day long.
  4. Start a Liquid Calorie Ban and drink more water. Trade sweetened beverages for plain old water. And more water will help your body run better too. (Yeah, just thinking of the term “Liquid Calories” every time you take a drink may help too)
