time

There is never enough time. That much is true. But there is time to workout.

Our sessions last about 45 minutes. That gives you time to get here, workout, and get home without ruining your whole morning or evening. With 45 minute long sessions, that means our appointment times are 45 minutes apart – so you can find a time that is convenient for your schedule.

We designed our training sessions for busy people. There is no down-time during the workouts; when one muscle group is “resting,” we’re working an opposing muscle group.

And our all our sessions give you a total body workout.

Yes, this is a big reason why more folks don’t workout more often.

Big gyms are cheap, but you get what you pay for – equipment but not expertise. Would you hire an attorney based on her office furniture? You could hire a one-on-one personal trainer to help you workout. But they are expensive. $85/hour and up? That’s a luxury that doesn’t fit into everyone’s budget.

We offer you another option here at Motiv. Expert advice. Personal attention. Everything you need to help you get in shape.

We’ll meet with you and design a workout program that meets your goals. Then we’ll help you execute that plan in your training sessions.

We believe that your hard work is what is most important to you achieving your goals. We’ll help you maximize your efforts.

And our sessions start at just $25. We’ll bill you monthly rather than asking for everything up front. Give us a call at 773.281.0262 and we’ll happily give you a free trial.

why we started motiv personal training

Because something always got in the way of getting and staying in shape.

We have two kids, a 3 year-old and a 9 month-old. So needless to say, we’re busy. And then there’s work. That’s busy too. We like food, so not eating wasn’t an option.

We do love to workout. Like many folks reading this, we have cardio machines in our house — we have an elliptical trainer and a Stairmaster down in the basement. Doing cardio everyday is great for your heart, but it’s difficult to lose weight just doing cardio. So we worked out with personal trainers. And did Pilates.

But something always got in the way.

Money.

Time.

Boring Workouts.

Lack of Results.

So we decided to start our own business to solve these problems and help other people get and stay in shape. We’ll tell you a little more of how we do it in our next few posts.
